“Creative Audiences” Platform
Socially engaged arts are not only about the topics they address but also about the individuals and communities behind them. We believe that art should serve the community, promoting development, growth, unity, tolerance, emotional intelligence, and empathy.
This is why we prioritize our audience in our work.
We believe that facilitating communication between artists and spectators is crucial for expanding access to culture to new and diverse audiences, as well as for enhancing understanding and knowledge of the arts for their improvement and sustainable development.
However, we aim for simplicity and ease in this communication. Therefore, in addition to the familiar contact form, we invite you to participate in a role-reversal game where you become the artists, and we become your audience!
Monthly Contest
The rules are as follows:
- experience a form of art
Within the calendar month, attend at least one socially engaging event (e.g., concert, dance, theater, performance, installation, exhibition, screening, book presentation, or any contemporary art form, even if not hosted on our website) - let the impressions from it in yourself and .. make art! Let your feedback inspire a creative response!
You have complete freedom to express yourself – through drawing, singing, dancing, writing prose, poetry, monologues, or any other form of expression. Decide how to present it to us – as text, image, audio, or video material. Be sincere in your feedback, encompassing the emotions the encounter with art evoked. However, maintain constructive feedback; we do not support hate speech.
Be brave! Let your intuition and inspiration lead you on the path of creation! - send us your artwork: Email your creation (mentioning the name of the inspiration) to forchangemove@gmail.com.
At the end of each month, we will select the most creative artistic feedback and publish them on the platform’s Facebook page (MoveForChangeSociallyEngagedArts).
There will also be prizes!
